These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Korvia restaurant management platform and related services ("Services") provided by Korvia ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve our Services. We will handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services and all related intellectual property (including software, design, trademarks, and documentation) are owned by Korvia. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as described herein.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
