How to Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to your Korvia account at app.getkorvia.com.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account in your dashboard.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account".
4. Confirm your decision by entering your password and clicking "Permanently Delete".

What Happens When You Delete

• Your account and login credentials will be permanently removed.
• All personal data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days.
• Your restaurant data (menus, orders, reports) will be permanently erased.
• Any active subscription will be cancelled immediately with no further charges.
• This action cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Korvia again.

Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also retain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial reporting).
